I already have a logo. Can you clean up my logo and use it instead of making me a new one?

Yes, indeed. There's a place on the order form for you to be specific about any changes you want to your logo or how you want a new logo designed.

How long do I have to send you all the text and pictures I want used on my website?

We give you a full two months to fill out the web design form and send it to us.

Are there any kinds of sites you won't build?

We will design most any site you like. However, our web host does not allow anything illegal, pornographic or involving any type of gambling. If you want a site with questionable content you will have to purchase the website files and host the site on your own server or hosting account.

Who owns my Twitter background once it's on my Twitter page?

Once your Twitter background and color theme is in place, it's all yours. Your Facebook page images are located online with your website files. If you take your site down, the images will disappear from your Facebook page. If you intend on canceling your website but want to keep your Facebook page, be sure to have someone host your images for you.

How long does it take you to build my website?

Once you have submitted your order form and any images you'd like to use, we will usually have your site complete in 7-14 days. Occasionally a site may take longer if it is large or more complicated.

The website order form is long. Can you help me with it?

Yes, it is long. It's a very personalized and important order for your business. We can help you with some of it. Of course, we can't help you decide on what to write on your site, but we can help you with colors and ideas for images. Contact us and we'll set up an appointment with you to go over any questions you may have about the ordering process.

I need to change one of my coupons (phone numbers, photos). How do I do that?

If South Shore Studio is hosting your website, you can order any change or maintenance work by contacting us. If you have taken ownership of your site files, we can still make changes for you at the current hourly rate. Use the Contact page to describe what you need done.

Can I pay you with a check instead of PayPal?

Yes, you certainly can as long as it's from a US bank account. Checks slow things down a bit so you won't receive your order form until your check has cleared. Call us before mailing a check so we can give you an exact amount and payment address.

My website is beautiful, but now I need to add a few more pages. How can I order more pages?

Since each site has a different layout and navigation, charges will vary. Contact us and we'll give you a price. Generally, it won't be more than your initial pages.
